What the Emergency Service Includes

Depending on the issue and accessibility, the inspection may include cooling performance, thermostat operation, airflow, filters, drainage, electrical connections, indoor and outdoor units, fan operation, compressor symptoms, water leakage, unusual noise, and other visible or operational faults.

If the issue can be resolved within the scope of the visit and without additional materials or spare parts, the technician may carry out the approved repair where applicable.

If spare parts, refrigerant, replacement components, additional labour, or major repair work are required, a separate quotation will be provided for customer approval before proceeding.
